An marketing executive and entrepreneur, with a lifelong love of music, Kym Foglia became involved with a band project that ultimately gave birth to the label. The project aligned her with other musically like-minded people, including her current business partner Kertz. With a uniform vision to develop raw talent and give the audience the kind of music they love, Foglia and Kertz started BURNHILL UNION RECORDS.

Having such an unusually, richly varied background makes Randall Kertz a Renaissance man of music. A Chiropractic physician, acupuncturist, author, lecturer, musician, tour manager and more, Kertz brings his wealth of experience and unique point of view to all he does. A bassist by trade, he used his experience in chiropractic to write a book on Bassists’ Injury Management & Prevention. This proactive approach extends into BURNHILL UNION’s philosophy of operation. Kertz’s seeking opportunities for BURNHILL UNION bands far ahead of time puts them in prime position for success.

The label is currently developing several acts and will seek further expansion and great growth for artists already signed.
